With the ‘Brexit’ deadline now extended again until the 31st January 2020 and a UK General Election probably looming in early December , the only thing that seems certain is that the current ‘Uncertainty ‘ will continue for a while yet ! Consumer confidence in the UK Economy is at it’s lowest level for a long time and inevitably this has an impact on Company’s hiring intentions and individuals willingness to move Jobs . However at some point , you have to take a risk and make that Appointment or make that move , or everything just stagnates . Have you reached that point ? ( accepting it will be different for different Organisations and different individuals )…….it’s well worth thinking about.
