Historically ,parts of the Recruitment Sector experience a slowdown during July and August as Summer Holidays start to kick in ,but with restrictions currently in place for Travel to many Countries ,it is unclear whether the level of people taking Summer breaks will meet pre-covid numbers or not Although 44 million people in the UK have now received their 1st Vaccination and 32 million,their 2nd Vaccination against Covid 19 , positive cases of the new ‘Delta’ variant continue to rise ,with particular ‘Hot-spots ‘ in various parts of the UK . All this adds to an air of continued uncertainty for the next few Months , whether further Lockdown restrictions are released on the 19th July or not . Some caution seems prudent for the next few Months at least .
