The latest Lloyds Bank Business Barometer ( for August ) shows an increase in overall Business Confidence for the 4th consecutive Month ,although there are concerns about further possible Government Tax Raids in the Autumn Budget . However not all recent ‘Business Confidence’ Polls show the same picture , with the IOD ( Institute of Directors ) & CBI ( Confederation of British Industry ) notably still in ‘Negative ‘ territory.
