With record inflation now slowly decreasing and the threat of a UK Recession diminishing , there are grounds to be a bit more optimistic about the UK ‘s Economic Outlook ,but with Interest rates still at a very high level and Winter Energy costs to be factored in , a large proportion of UK Households are finding things still very challenging .
Interesting to see the emergence of a strong trend in the USA to move Staff back to Office ,rather than Remote Working ,albeit mainly still in the Tech Sector ,and whether this will gather momentum both in the USA and UK/ Europe .potentially carrying some quite significant implications for both Employers and Employees.
