With Summer Holidays almost behind us , Pupils starting to return to School and The Weather ( for most places ) rather indifferent ,thoughts are turning to the last few Months of the Year . Positive Covid 19 cases have seen their expected upturn since the Lockdown relaxations of the 19th July and whilst the Vaccination Programme appears to be preventing People becoming as seriously ill as before with Covid ,the problem is still very much with us . A combination of ‘Brexit’ and ‘Covid’ has led to a serious shortage of available staff in a number of Sectors ,but other Sectors are still to see any substantial recruitment Activity as Companies remain cautious about the immediate future and individuals are reluctant to change positions at this time . In short .probably more of the same for the next few Months ?
