For most ,it’s been a tough start to 2025 ,although to some extent that was forecast to be the case . However the most recent research from both the UK Recruitment Market Place ( via Recruitment Employment Federation ,REC) and Consumer confidence in the UK economy and their Personal Finances ( via Market Research Company GfK ) paint a more optimistic picture for later in the Year, albeit with some caveats.
On the International stage , Countries are responding to the changes being brought about from a new Republican Administration in the USA ,together with the hope that the bitter conflicts ongoing in Gaza/Israel , adjoining countries and in the Ukraine can finally be brought to an end .
