A recent global Survey by PWC ( 54,000 workers in 46 countries ) reported that 25% of Global Workers surveyed were looking to change jobs in the next 12 Months ,up from 19% last Year as they tackle Economic and Inflationary pressures in their individual Countries . 42% said they were planning to demand pay-rises to cope with the higher cost of living ,up from 35% last Year .
