Historically the last few weeks of July and the August weeks can be a quiet time for New Recruitment getting underway ………but it can be a good time to start thinking about your next Career Move ,before everything moves back into action in the Autumn ! The more forward thinking Companies are also beginning to think about Senior hires they may need to make in the New Year , so again a good reason to bring the CV up to date and start to think about where you want to go next .
