After gaining a degree in Law, Robin started his career in operational and marketing roles within the drinks (Grand Metropolitan now Diageo PLC ), retail leisure (Whitbread) and retail pharmacy sectors (Lloyds).
Building on this industry experience, Robin moved into sourcing talent for mid to senior level marketing roles in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Automotive and Call Centre sectors, before narrowing his focus to sourcing talent for the Financial Services sector.
Robin holds a Degree in Law, a Diploma in Marketing and Level 2 CEB/SHL Talent Measurement Test User Certification. He is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and a Freeman of the City of London Fishmongers Company.
